Design of vertical motion system within the wrist assembly of an in-vacuum wafer handling robotic arm for extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUVL). Design and evaluation of several control strategies for accurate positioning of the robotic arm: PID tuning, Feedforward tuning, Iterative learning control (ILC)... Modelling of the physical system (lumped mass dynamic model).
